The permits for two shell buildings were issued to Evans General Contractors for a combined value of $44.3 million. Building four will span 647,276 square feet, while building six will cover 179,200 square feet. In the healthcare sector, Jacksonville’s third Florida Blue Sanitas Medical Center has been approved for a build-out at 8102 Blanding Blvd., situated within Crossroad Square shopping center.
