Jacksonville, FL has seen a significant surge in construction activity, with nearly $60 million worth of work approved in just one week. Among the largest projects is the renovation of the Jacksonville Symphony’s headquarters located at 300 Water St.. This project involves a new roof that is estimated to cost $6.97 million. Bank of America is also continuing its expansion efforts at 9000 Southside Blvd.. In addition, River City Truck Sales is set to construct a new office and shop building at 302 Center Ave.. A 6,853-square-foot pre-engineered building will house a small office in the front, along with six service bays at the rear. Dana B. MSI Surfaces is taking significant steps to enhance its operations with warehouse renovations planned at 8443 Baymeadows Road. Additionally, Regus will be expanding its presence in the historic Greenleaf building at 208 N. Laura St..
