Co-owned by golf legends Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy, this league promises to take the sport to a whole new level of excitement. Situated in Palm Beach Gardens, the league offers high-tech, live-action golf in a custom-built arena that’s bound to thrill fans of all ages.
The league is made up of six unique teams, and here’s the kicker: they include half of the top 20 players in the current World Golf Rankings! Players will be mic’d up during matches, allowing fans to hear the strategy and banter as they root for their favorite teams.
One of the highlights leading up to the season has been the unveiling of the teams’ logos, each carefully designed to reflect the identity and culture of their respective locations. Let’s take a closer look at what each team represents:
Woods’ team showcases a logo that’s as iconic as its owner. The vibrant ‘Tiger Red’ logo features a ‘Palm Flag’, representing the wholesome beach and golf lifestyle found in South Florida. With a vintage flag that reads ‘FL‘, the design also pays homage to the three Jupiter Links GC golfers competing in each match.
Next up, we have Team Atlanta! Their logo ingeniously combines a golf driver and ball to form the letter ‘A‘, perfectly capturing the essence of Atlanta’s modern culture. This logo lets you know that this team means business and is here to play!
Let’s not forget Team Bay, which includes NBA superstars Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson. Their logo draws inspiration from the majestic redwood forests of Northern California. The design captures the natural beauty of the region while introducing a cool and sporty vibe.
Moving northward, Team Boston sticks to its roots with a logo reflecting the charm of Boston Common. You’ll find a playful bullfrog at its center, representing the popular Frog Pond, with its belly cleverly designed like a dimpled golf ball. Now, isn’t that a fun and quirky twist?
Then there’s Team LA, a melting pot of athletic talent. Their logo harmoniously blends traditional designs with modern elements, showcasing the unity of diverse Los Angeles communities. It’s sleek, stylish, and speaks volumes about the spirit of this vibrant city!
Last but not least, Team New York, led by Mets owner Steven Cohen. Their logo features a delightful Eastern Bluebird, symbolizing the city’s intertwined waterways and golf culture. It’s a logo that is as dynamic and lively as the city itself!

In a related yet separate note, the International Team at the Presidents Cup has also embraced a new black and gold shield logo, which symbolizes strength and unity. The ongoing dispute involves a trademark claim regarding Woods’ new apparel line, Sun Day Red, which features a leaping tiger logo similar to one owned by Tigeraire. As Woods looks to cement his legacy with this line, a lawsuit has been filed asserting that there is no consumer confusion between the brands.
